EXECUTIVE CHEF: JOEL DIRECTO
On this cruise, we were lucky to have the best servers in the Michelangelo Dining Room.
We had any-time dining and one of our first nights we happened upon Laura's table.
Laura, who comes from Columbia, knows all the right tricks to making any meal the best it can be.
After that, it took us about three nights of "begging" the Head Waiter, Julian, before we were able to beat back the crowds and get back to her table.
The rest of the cruise, we ate every dinner under the excellent care of Laura.
